*Tell us your show date and country before sending a rush order! We will help as much as possible without extra charge. If we accept a rush order, it will be produced on time. There is absolutely no need to worry.

⚠️For regulatory reasons, we are unable to switch a regular order into a rush order after it's processed. Please understand we have 250+ clients every months, we can't break a production order for one particular.

RUSH ORDER FEES

We may or may not charge additionally. If we were not busy at the time and the style you want is simple (BK1-2), it's likely to be FREE. It can also be $50-150 during peak-season. We really will do our best to avoid unnecessary cost for our clients.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We offer express shipping for clients in ALL countries. Clients will be paying for shipping cost, tax and duty (we can mark your bikini down to $20USD if it helps). We highly recommend that you use a parcel forwarding company with Chinese address to save $$$.

WHAT CRYSTALS DO YOU USE?

We offer 3 types of crystals: AAAAA+ grade, Swarovski’s, and budget (Korean). Prices displayed are of AAAAA+ crystals. Please contact us if you wish to upgrade to Swarovski's (longer waiting time to allow crystals importation) or degrade to budget (Korean) (not recommended because they shine less on stage😂).

CARE INSTRUCTION

Hand wash gently in cold water & hang dry.

DO NOT MACHINE WASH! We made a machine wash video and a scrub brushing video to prove our crystals' strength. However, the shine effects of crystals will fade if you do so 😂.

RETURN POLICY

Custom orders cannot be exchanged or refunded (exemptions applies). However, we offer a free adjustment of the waist and hip. All SALE items are final. In rare cases, if you received a product with defects or damaged parcel, contact us and complain to the local delivery company IMMEDIATELY. This is VERY important! (Again, there is no need to stress, just follow standard procedure and you will receive another suit from us.)
